1 When you are satisfied with your travel suggestions you have received from us, you simply say that you are ready to book. Inform us about who is going as well as the address on which the invoice should be stated. If you have booked a flight yourself, we need a copy of your flight booking.
2 We start the hotel booking. When it is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation from us.
Sometimes the hotels can be fully booked before you have decided, then we give new suggestions and inform if there are any price changes. We do not book any hotel that you have not confirmed for us.
3 If we have helped to book air tickets, we need full payment before booking. You will then get an itinerary with all the flight details.
4 We send you an invoice with information on prepayment (25% of the tour price) that you can pay in USD or EURO (some countries only pay in EURO).
5 Payment by bank transfer is in USD, EUR or to our bank account at Swedbank. All bank information can be found on the invoice. Send us a copy of the bank transfer (for USD, EUR payment ) so that we know that the payment is on time.
If we have helped to book flights we need to have full payment when booking for the air tickets, as well as 25% of the actual round trip cost in advance payment. The remaining final payment must be delivered to us 30 days prior to arrival at the destination. All information will be on the invoice.
Note Some destinations (eg Maldives, Myanmar require full payment 65 days prior to arrival). We inform you about this when booking.
In the case of “last-minute booking” (within 30 days before departure), we need full payment directly upon booking.
6 We confirm that we received the payment and transmit practical information about the country, such as visa regulations, how to give tips and other information that may be good to know.
7 Until you go, we are at your disposal for various questions you may have.
When you are at your destination, it is the local travel expert that you have been in contact with who will help you if you have questions.
8 When you return home, we will contact you to see that everything is going well and if you have any comments and comments to give so that we can improve our service.
